Make your own craft beers from kits, extracts or from grain. The State of Franklin Homebrewers Club meets here every three months.
  
Make cheese from store-bought milk. Cheese is made frequently in the store. Demonstrations can be scheduled by appointment.  
 

Wine Making

Make wine, hard lemonade and cider from kits. The Johnson City Amateur Winemakers meets here on the last Saturday of each month.
